What is your Product Lead Time?
Our product lead time will vary subject to the complexity of the product. However, typically a generally guideline would be around 4-6 weeks manufacture and an additional 2-3 weeks shipping. Please contact our team with your specific project requirements to get a more accurate timeline.
Do you Supply Samples?
Yes we do for purposes of sample submission signoffs and project specification purposes. Please contact our team with your project name, indicative quantities, design requirements and our technical team will get back to you with suitable proposals and subsequent sampling.
How Long Does it Take to get a Sample?
Typically for customised samples it will take around 3-4 weeks. For more standard samples that is available in our office it will take around 1 week to receive.
Where are ASG's Products Manufactured?
Our production facilities vary depending on the specific product. We operate across a network of trusted, certified factories located in China and Malaysia. Each facility follows a strict production process tailored exclusively for ASG Glass, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with all relevant Australian Standards.
What is Low-E Glass and How Does it Work?
Low-E (low emissivity) glass is treated with a special coating that reflects infrared energy (heat) while allowing visible light to pass through. It helps regulate indoor temperatures by keeping heat inside during winter and blocking it out during summer.
