Applications

· Residential Windows and Doors: Ideal for homes looking to improve energy efficiency and comfort, Enerflex glass is perfect for windows, sliding doors, and skylights, helping to reduce energy bills and enhance indoor living conditions.

· Commercial Buildings: Use Enerflex glass in office buildings, retail spaces, and hospitality environments to optimize energy performance and create a more comfortable atmosphere for employees and customers.

· Facades and Curtain Walls: Perfect for modern architectural designs, Enerflex glass can be used in large-scale facades and curtain walls to enhance the energy efficiency of the entire building while maintaining a sleek, contemporary look.

· Skylights and Roof Glazing: Enerflex glass is an excellent choice for skylights and roof glazing, where managing solar heat gain and loss is crucial for maintaining a comfortable indoor climate.

· Public and Institutional Buildings: Suitable for schools, hospitals, and government buildings, where energy efficiency and sustainability are key considerations, helping to lower operating costs and create healthier indoor environments.

· Standards & Considerations
A single PVB interlayer is 0.38mm thick, however when incorporating multiple interlayers for colour achievement the final thickness is commonly up to 1.52mm thick.

· For external use, we recommend using laminated glass that is either heat strengthened or toughened.

Benefits

· Energy Efficiency: Enerflex glass is engineered with a Hard Coat Low-E coating that reflects heat back into the room during winter and blocks solar heat in summer, helping to maintain a consistent indoor temperature year-round. This reduces the need for artificial heating and cooling, leading to significant energy savings.

· Enhanced Comfort: By reducing heat loss and minimizing heat gain, Enerflex glass creates a more comfortable living or working environment, keeping interiors warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

· Durability: The Hard Coat Low-E layer is applied during the glass manufacturing process, making it highly durable and resistant to scratching, peeling, or degradation over time. Enerflex glass is designed to perform reliably for many years, even in challenging climates.

· UV Protection: Enerflex glass blocks a significant portion of harmful UV rays, protecting your interiors from fading and damage while still allowing natural light to brighten your space.

· High Clarity: Despite its advanced coating, Enerflex maintains excellent optical clarity, ensuring that your views remain crisp and unobstructed while benefiting from
enhanced energy efficiency.

· Low Maintenance: The durable coating on Enerflex glass is easy to clean and maintain, ensuring that your windows and glass installations continue to look great and perform well with minimal upkeep.
